We finally get to see the head of one of the eaglets on the 13th......which would work out to about 16 days........lots of feeding going on all the time.....Ozzie and Harriet are fine parents this year.....

Just feeding the little ones.....shift change here and there...today Harriet flew out of the nest twice to stretch her wings etc....Ozzie finally returned empty and Harriet took off fo the river.....they seem to have a lot of food in the nest....
I believe eaglets have been born between Dec 28 and Jan 2.......Activity at the nest is the switching of the parent in the nest...one goes and hunts the other stays guard and does what has to be done...rather boring unless you get to watch a shift change.....of course there are other things to photograph in the Indrio Savannahs area....wild hogs, killdeer, Little Blue Herons, Cattle Egret, Wood Stork.....always soething happening,,just have to be in the right place at the right time......Ozzie and Harriet are again being excellent parents and hopefully photographic evidence will be available soon on the eaglets.....
